How to become a Pilot
Pilot training is a complex training with many options available to follow. We designed an effective training pattern complying with all regulations in order to guarantee maximum satisfaction and high standards. Pilots must receive a very professional training to safely operate high-tech aircrafts carrying hundreds of passengers. The flight school is fully concerned and dedicated to maintain perfection to protect its reputation. Currently an optimal flight training pattern from Ab Initio to ATPL Frozen has been implemented to provide a streamlined Professional Pilot Training.
Aviation training is a multi-stage process. It consists of a series of theoretical and practical training. Depending on whether the person wants to fly recreationally or professionally, subsequent degrees of permissions and licenses are obtained. For both airplane and helicopter pilots, the first stage of flight training is a tourist license.
The flight school is also assisting its students to find the optimal path for each individual, eliminating additional stress for the candidate .Regardless of the background of the candidate, it is possible to find and follow a tailored pattern of training to reach the target level of proficiency.
There are different levels for pilot training. To become a Professional pilot flying for commercial purposes a candidate must undergo flight trainings at an Approved Training Organization(ATO). After successfully completing the necessary programs a candidate can acquire pilot licenses.

FAQ
International Students
There are formalities to be followed for international students but We will always take care of students at every step of their training. International students are welcome. Actually we believe that Poland is the best place to start flight training because of many advantages. The formalities will be as follows:
- Visa Application to enter Polish Territory(Depending on the nationality of the applicant)
- Flight Training Permission Application to ULC (Polish Civil Aviation Authority)
*More formalities might be requested depending on the individual but We will always assist in such procedures.
English Proficiency
Pilots have to be able to operate the aircraft using English Language. The International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO) implemented different levels to assess English proficiency for pilots. Pilot candidates must reach a minimum operational level (level 4 out of 6) to have pilot license. The flight school arranges the exam for the candidates via its partners.
Are airplanes of the flight school safe to fly?
The airplanes are maintained by the strategic partner Ibex Company. Ibex has the so called Part-145 certification which is the highest maintenance and technical certificate issued by EASA. To sum up our airplanes are constantly maintained with the highest possible standards along with the advantage of having the maintenance hangars right at our facilities.
ATPL theory course compliant with the new EASA PART-FCL
EASA implemented a new syllabus for ATPL theory and there are only a few ATO’s who are certified to conduct ATPL theory according to the new regulations. The flight school is an approved training organization to conduct ATPL theory implementing 100KSA module to its training. We offer high standard theory training with lecturers expert on their respective subjects.
Be careful ! Old system ATPL theory will only be valid until the end of 2021.”
Medical license for pilots
It is very important to check if a candidate is fit to fly before investing time and money. There are specific limits based on regulations that a pilot must meet to obtain a medical license. The flight school encourages to take Medical Class 1 (Prerequisite for CPL) check before starting the training. We will arrange the visit for its students.
Where is the flight school
The flight school operates from Babice Airport (EPBC) in Warsaw the capital city of Poland . This location allows our students to learn flying in a very busy air traffic environment. The density of EPBC is comparable to those of a typical international airport even though only general aviation aircrafts are allowed.
What certification does the flight school have?
The flight school and Ibex both are certified by Polish Civil Aviation Authority(ULC) to deliver a very wide range of trainings. Our privileges allow us to train a person with no previous experience up to a professional level. Candidates can join us for modular and individual trainings as well.
