Our Applied Social Psychology program is a good choice for people interested in social psychological theory and its application in real life situations, who are willing to benefit from the interdisciplinary approach, typical for this field. Students are introduced to the principles of applied social psychology and throughout the course of their studies they become familiar with such topics as social neuroscience, dynamical social psychology, or industrial and organizational psychology. They learn how to conduct research, including applied research, and to design interventions in order to implement change within individuals and organizations, all with an emphasis on cross-cultural sensitivities. Selected courses are based on the latest research in the field of social-neurobiology. Students also learn how technology may be used to improve the quality of life of individuals.

The psychological practicum provides students with an opportunity to put the newly gained theoretical knowledge into practice by observing and assisting practitioners during job shadowing sessions.

The Work and Organizational Psychology modules of our program include components that comply with the European Certificate in Psychology (EuroPsy), the European standard of education, professional training and competence in psychology, set by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA).

Requirements: English proficiency - IELTS 6.0; CAE 47-51; TOEFL iBT 69-70, TOEFL Computer-based 196; TOEFL Paper-based 525.
