Vistula Universities also collaborate with some private hostels for students. You can rent a dorm room or apartment, as well. The accommodation options are available on:

• Bookistry.com – this is a search engine for your dormitory that reaches students from all over the world; you do not incur any additional costs for renting and booking; the same, or lower price, as stated directly in the dorm is guaranteed; offers are verified by a qualified team;
• studentdepot.com – this private dormitory in Mokotów, the prestigious and most-liked district of Warsaw, offers space in single-room studio apartments; there are also several double rooms available; all rooms have high standards, are fully furnished, have private bathrooms with showers, and kitchenettes with a hob; students have, at their disposal, a co-working zone for spending time together and learning, as well as a chill-out and multimedia room, where they can relax and integrate; there are tram and bus stops nearby, and a metro station is close to the building;
• studenthome.pl – is a unique and innovative project; its goal is to help search for a place of residence for pupils and students from around the world, who choose Poland as a place of study, internship, or participating in one of many international student exchange programmes; it has a huge database regarding properties, provides the support of lawyers and advisers, and constantly expands and updates the offer, to meet the new needs and growing requirements of clients;
• heychang.com – this is a hostel located in a quiet and prestigious district of Warsaw – namely, Ursynów; the building is designed for 34 residents; in the offer, there are 2- and 4- person rooms.

• Passport copy;
• Secondary School certificate with attachment;
• Scan of the photo;
• Language Certificate (if you have one). 
• Bachelor’s Diploma with transcript (in the case of Master’s Degree programs);
• Official transcript of records from the previous University and petition to the Dean (in the case of TRANSFER) – HERE

The Admissions Committee of the Vistula Group of Universities will evaluate your documents. The evaluation will take up to 5 working days.

After evaluation, you will receive:

• Letter of Conditional Acceptance/Offer Letter;
• Study Contract;
• Invoice for payment

In those cases where documents are missing, you will get further information. You may also get invitation for online interview.

If you are a TRANSFER student, you will receive an invoice for an administrative fee payment (85 EUR). After payment, your documents will be forwarded to the Dean’s Office. The decision-making process takes up to 2 weeks.  You will get decision of the Dean on your email.

When we get your payment, you will receive confirmation through your on-line profile.

Also accept the conditions of Study Contract (through the task in your online application) OR upload scanned signed Study Contract to your online application.

Finally receive scans of the documents of acceptance – Acceptance Letters and Invitation Letter. If you want to receive original documents, please, request it through the Task in your application.

Prepare carefully for your visa interview. Make sure you know a lot about Poland, Warsaw, the University, and your programme.
