Accommodation Fees
Students of SWPS University have several accommodation options:
1. DORMITORIES OFF-CAMPUS
Our first year international students and course participants may apply for rooms at an off-campus dormitory, located in Bemowo district of Warsaw (north-west Warsaw). Students can book rooms in the dormitories for a period of one academic year. The cost of a room rental in the dormitory, from October 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 is EUR 1,600.
In the dormitories, students are accommodated in double or triple rooms with beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, bookshelves, and Internet connection. One apartment consists of two or three rooms. Students sharing an apartment share one bathroom. Additionally, apartments in Bemowo offer one kitchen per apartment. The dormitories offer big common rooms equipped with TV sets, where students can relax, spend some time together or organize various events. Students also have access to laundry rooms and quiet rooms for studying. The dormitories are protected by 24-hour security.
The dormitories are located about 20 minutes away from the city center, by bus, subway or tram, depending on the commute route you choose, and about 50 minutes away from SWPS University.
Dormitories in Warsaw in a nutshell:
- Double or triple rooms
- 2 or 3 rooms per one apartment
- Furniture: beds, tables, chairs, wardrobes, bookshelves

3. PRIVATELY RENTED ACCOMMODATION (FLATS/APARTMENTS)
If you wish to rent a room or a flat/apartment in the city, you can find multiple rental offers specially prepared for students of SWPS University.
You may also find numerous rental websites on the Internet and make all the rental arrangements on your own. In this case, we recommend that you use services of an estate agent, who will make all the arrangements for you, for a fee. The advantage of working with an agent is that you put less time and effort into finding the right place. The agent will also ensure that your tenancy agreement is written properly and does not contain any loopholes.
Rented accommodation is usually a more expensive option than staying in a dormitory. The monthly cost of a rental ranges from PLN 1,500 to 3,000/per month (approx. EUR 350 – 700/per month) for a bedsit/studio flat/apartment, in Warsaw.
